Where are your parties located? 
Painting On Face Painting is a mobile business, so we travel all over Sydney. We are happy for our entertainers to join your party at any venue you choose. We will set up all of the equipment needed for your event and clean up everything needed for your event.
 
What days are entertainers available?
Our fabulous entertainers are available 7 days a week, including public holidays ~ all year round.
 
Why book a Painted On Face Painting party?
Painted On Face Painting will take the hassle and stress away from parents/guardians. We will plan and carry out the entertainment at your child's party. When you make your booking we spend time on the phone to get to know more about you, your child and your child's guests to make your party as personal and special as possible.
  
What happens before the party?
 After your booking is confirmed, your entertainer will call you a few days before the party to discuss the final details of your event and to go through any last minute details you may have. If you have any requests please let us know, as we are eager for this to be a special day for you and your family to remember. The more personal we can make the experience the better.
 
When should the entertainer arrive?
We recommend at least 15 - 30 minutes after the guests have been invited. It is a good idea to allow time for any late comers. This also gives the children time to settle in and say their "hellos" before the entertainment begins. We have minimal set up time and are ready to start our entertainment program as soon as we arrive.
 
Do you provide party bags?
We would be happy to provide party bags if you would like us to bring them along. Prices start from $5/bag. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
 
What do I need to provide for the entertainer?
The only things you need to provide for the children are the food, drinks and the birthday cake. We bring along all of the props we need for the party. Access to a power point or available extension cord is always handy for the CD player.
 
What area do you need?
Our party programs can be performed either indoors or outdoors. A safe, cleared space is ideal. If parents will be attending the party, please ensure their chatter is kept to a minimum; in order for the children to be comfortable with hearing the entertainer ~ and so the entertainer doesn't have to shout!
  
Is there a deposit?
 Yes. As soon as you schedule a date, we will hold the spot for 7 days until we receive a deposit to secure your booking. Bookings can be made via Electronic Transfer or Direct Deposit. A confirmation of booking letter, along with our business banking details will be emailed to you once you have decided on a date and time slot.
 
When should I pay the balance?
The balance can be paid at the end of the party by cash. Please have the money ready in an envelope.
 
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration, based on availability. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
  
How do I remove the face paint?
As all of the face paints we use are professional quality, water based paints, they can be removed with water. We suggest using a damp face cloth first to remove the paint. You can wash off any residual colour with a mild soap or make-up remover.
 
How long does the face paint last?
As our face paints are high quality water based paints, they are water soluble ~ so they will come off with a bath or shower. On hot sweaty days the paints have a shorter life span due to sweat/moisture on the face. So please be sure to capture the moment and take a photo straight after your child has been painted!
